Well, I know I promised pictures of Den Gamle By (The Old Town) but so far I didn’t manage to go there. But there’s still some more stuff to tell you about.

First of all: Anna, my flat mate, is moving out. She got her dream job in Copenhagen (she studied finance) and so she’s moving out on the weekend. So we actually started looking for a new person but then our landlord decided that he wants too keep the room free. And as Warwick only will be back in Århus early next year, the flat is right now mine :o) (well, sort off…).

Second: Last Thursday, I went to a job-dating event organised by my school. I talked to a few companies and Google, e.g. wanted to send me an application, because they liked my profile. I, however don’t really like the job they have open (it’s sales) so I’m not going to apply. But also a second company apparently liked my CV, because today I got an invitation for a job interview :oD (still don’t know how that happened – I didn’t even apply!). The company is called Dansk Supermarked and they own a number of supermarkets. The most well-known one is Netto. So cross your fingers on the 17th December for me!

Third: I also had a fantastic conversation with an English guy from London (Thomas):

Thomas: You guys at least understand our sense of humor!
Ines: You think I’m Danish?
Thomas: Aren’t you?
Ines: Do you know what you just did?
Thomas:???
Ines: You just told a German that she has a sens of humor!!!
Thomas: NOOO!!!

So Den Gamle By is still waiting and on Friday I’m going to Copenhagen. This will be a sort of combination of helping Anna moving, visiting my very good friend Maja and having a Danish Christmas dinner with her and her mates. And I promise: I’ll keep you updated :o).
